FINANCE & ACCOUNTING LEADERSHIP (FALD)
Grow your leadership skills and prepare for a full-time job and accelerated career growth.
The FALD program offers a variety of three one-year rotations that provide hands-on experience in Accounting, Finance, and Operations. You’ll also interact with executive mentors and receive frequent and productive feedback.
FALD PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
For consideration, candidates must possess a BS degree in Finance or Accounting or Economics (MS in same preferred); an overall and major GPA of 3.0+; a willingness to relocate to a plant; prior work/internship experience; and authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (OMDP)
Gain skills and experience in manufacturing, product development, engineering, purchasing and logistics, and more through the OMDP rotational program.
Work experience through four six-month rotations is supplemented by formal training to give you the skills for success. Since cross-functional operations experience is critical, you must be open to relocation to gain the knowledge of key jobs.
OMDP PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
For consideration, candidates must possess a BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Transportation, Logistics, or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical); an overall and major GPA of 3.0+; a willingness to relocate to a plant; prior work/internship experience; and authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
