PASSWORD & USERNAME RESET
Not to worry, just enter the email address you used to register here, then check email for a link to reset your password.
After you complete an application for the first time, our system sends a username and password reset link to the email you used on your application. Look for an email from internationalmotors+autoreply@talent.icims.com titled, “Thank You for Applying."

Our job postings allow you to send a friend, relative, or co-worker an open position directly from the system. If a current opening may be of interest to someone you know, you can contact them via Facebook, LinkedIn, email, and more using the "Share" icons.
For college students
Absolutely! Every year, we offer multiple internships for motivated college students. We also have a Co-op program with Kettering University. Learn more at our College Programs page.
For Recent graduates
Yes. International offers two rotational programs for recent college graduates: the Finance & Accounting Leadership Development (FALD) program and the Operations Management Development Program (OMDP). Learn more at our Rotational Programs page.
AFTER THE APPLICATION
You’ll receive an email confirming that we received your application within 24 hours. If we think there’s a good fit, a recruiter or manager will reach out to you. If you haven’t heard from us within a week of applying, either we don’t have an immediate opening, or we’ve moved forward with another applicant. However, we’ll keep your application on file for 12 months and reach out if an opportunity becomes available.
Occasionally, we’ll consider an applicant for a position other than the one they applied for, but it’s not common. We recommend applying for all the positions you’re qualified for to have the best chance of being considered for a job.
Don’t give up. We’re always posting new openings that may better match your skills. Keep developing your personal brand, gaining experience, and updating your application. The right fit may come along.
If you change your mind about a particular job, you can withdraw your application by logging in to your account. If you don’t know your username or password, click “Forgot your password?” on the login screen and enter your email address. If you've already received a job offer, please decline by replying to the emailed offer and contact HRC@international.com to let them know.
Interview process
Review the job description and prepare a few examples that demonstrate your strengths and work experience related to the position. Do a bit of research on our company and come with any questions you have about us or the opportunity.

Yes. Thoughtful questions demonstrate your level of understanding, your interests and your passions, so don't hold back. While we want to learn more about you, your interview is an opportunity for you to get to know us, too.
As a manufacturing company, we have many different work environments. Rule of thumb is to dress for the role you are interviewing for. Choose something that makes you feel confident and comfortable to help you make a great first impression. If you’re not sure, ask your recruiter beforehand.
It depends on the role. Our advice is to apply for the job you want, and we can discuss relocation assistance during a phone or in-person interview.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Look for an email with the subject line: “Don’t stop now! You’re nearly done!” The email will contain a link to complete your questionnaire and finish your application.
To update your contact information and other important details, go back to the job search page and log into your account.
If you just want to remove a resume, job alerts, or other personal information, log into your account and click “Update Your Profile.” To have your profile account completely removed, you’ll need to contact HRC@international.com.
